The GGD switchgear series is primarily employed by power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It serves as a vital component within AC 50-60Hz distribution systems, accommodating rated operating currents of up to 3150A. Its primary purpose is to facilitate the conversion, distribution, and control of electrical energy for power, lighting, and distribution equipment.
The product boasts excellent thermal stability, innovative and rational structure, practical electrical schemes, strong versatility, and a high protection rating.
Structural Characteristics:
1. Classified by application: power distribution cabinet, busbar connection cabinet, feeder cabinet, motor control cabinet, reactive power compensation cabinet, lighting distribution cabinet.
2. Cabinet Structure:
(1) The cabinet frame is locally assembled by welding 8MF cold-formed steel, with mounting holes arranged according to E=20mm and E=100mm modules to enhance product assembly universality.
(2) ZMJ-type busbar clamps, thermoformed from high flame-retardant PPO material, feature a modular combination structure with high mechanical strength and insulation.
(3) Cabinets with widths of 1000mm and 1200mm adopt a symmetrical double-door structure on the front, while those with widths of 600mm and 800mm use a single-door structure. The cabinet's rear employs a symmetrical double-door structure, designed for installation without relying on a wall.
(4) Cabinet doors are connected to the frame with galvanized pivot-type hinges, making them easy to install and disassemble, with rubber inserts at the door edges.
(5) Grounding is provided by threaded ground screws connecting the installed components and the frame, forming a complete grounding protection circuit.
(6) The cabinet's top cover can be removed when necessary, facilitating the assembly and adjustment of the main busbars.
