Low Losses
The core is made of high-quality high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. The Swiss automatic core stacking machine is used for vertical and horizontal shearing, and multi-stage full skew joint automatic stacking is employed. The core binding process utilizes integral pressure and PET tape binding techniques, effectively reducing the transformer's no-load losses and no-load current. Performance indicators of the transformer surpass national standards.
Low Noise
The noise of the oil-immersed self-cooling transformer is primarily caused by electromagnetic noise from the core. To reduce noise, our company has taken the following measures:
(1) Low magnetic flux density design.
(2) High-quality high-permeability silicon steel sheets.
(3) Use of the Swiss automatic stacking machine to control stacking precision.
(4) Reliable clamping and bracing measures.
(5) Special damping measures.
No Leakage
The oil tank and oil storage tank have undergone positive and negative pressure leak tests to ensure that there is no oil leakage during normal operation. Component installation utilizes a flange groove structure, and all sealing components are made of high-quality one-piece formed acrylic rubber to prevent oil leakage.
Strong Short Circuit Resistance
To ensure that the transformer can withstand the impact of short-circuit currents without causing any thermal or mechanical damage, our company has taken the following measures in design and manufacturing:
(1) Reasonable calculation of turns and balance for transformer coils, using semi-hard copper wire.
(2) Strength and stiffness calculations for all core clamping components, meeting safety requirements for maximum short-circuit mechanical forces.
(3) Densified treatment of winding spacers, using high-density rigid cardboard.
(4) Integral assembly and compression of windings, ensuring assembly accuracy and short-circuit withstand capability.
Core Technology:
1. The body employs a high-temperature resistant hybrid insulation system, selecting matched components to achieve a true 30-year same-lifespan design.
2. Oil-immersed transformers all adopt the basic structural form of traditional transformers. The core is of the core type, the high-voltage winding uses disc-type coils, and the low-voltage winding employs either wire-wound or foil-wound coils based on capacity. The main difference from traditional transformers lies in the use of high-temperature-resistant insulation paper. The insulation structure of 35kV and below oil-immersed power transformers belongs to a hybrid insulation system, where coil insulation uses high-temperature resistant insulation paper, while areas with lower temperatures utilize insulation materials with lower temperature coefficients.
35kV and below oil-immersed power transformers utilize high-temperature resistant insulation paper as the insulation material, and different temperature areas are equipped with insulation materials of varying temperature resistance levels according to the temperature field principle. As a result, it exhibits excellent temperature resistance performance and is designed with a significant margin of safety.
High-temperature resistant transformers operate safely in environments exceeding 40°C, without compromising their lifespan. Even running at 20% over the rated capacity is still very safe and reliable. This offers a robust solution to ensure a safe power supply during peak load periods.
